Backing is using our platform’s tools to support high-performing, under-resourced students in whatever way works best for you. It can mean:
Connecting & Encouraging
Meet students who share your interests, background, or identity in Networks. Cheer them on by commenting or liking their posts. If you decide you want to provide one or more ongoing support, join their Panels!
Sharing Knowledge & Resources
Share your insights and experiences by commenting on students’ posts in Networks, posting a resource on a student's Panel feed, or responding to a 15-minute mini-interview.
Sharing Connections
Go the extra mile for a student: Introduce them to someone you know, recommend them for an opportunity, or set up a Zoom call so you can support them in preparing for big moments--like an upcoming interview!
