In partnership with Backrs, Noble Schools is launching a shared college curriculum for juniors and seniors across multiple campuses. This curriculum is aimed at helping students connect the choices they make now to the education, career, and life they want later. We’re thrilled to provide the model, methodology, outcomes data, and technology that powers this work.
“Noble Schools is excited to partner with Backrs because of its innovative use of AI, coaching, resources, connections, and clarity to help our students not just apply to and get accepted into incredible institutions, but also determine which majors and career pathways will give them the greatest likelihood of academic and professional success,” said Michelle Santos, Noble’s Director of College Counseling.
Making smart post secondary decisions means understanding how each option connects to a student’s long-term career and life goals. This includes where to apply, what to study, cost, return on investment, and more. Backrs will help Noble’s counselors bring deeply informed, personalized guidance into those decisions.
“We plan to use Backrs to drive student and staff success by providing access to a user-friendly platform that allows frequent interaction, support, and data-informed expertise for students that is easily monitored and facilitated by counselors,” Santos explained. With access to outcomes data, insight into each student’s progress, and tools designed to extend their capacity, counselors can provide more individualized support across the network without losing sight of the student in front of them.
Noble is building an approach to college counseling that accounts for the life students are working toward—not just their next step after high school. We’re proud to be a part of it.
