100% of your donation will go directly to a committed student’s Flourish Fund to support enrichment activities, essentials like books, transportation, emergencies, and savings. Flourish Funds complement the coaching, skill building, and connections provided by the Backrs community.

Who?
Hand picked high school and college students committed to success, but lacking connections and financial margin. They are from every background, ethnicity, and geography.
Without extra cash on hand, many can’t afford tutoring or saving for college, let alone non-tuition expenses and professional dress. The Flourish Fund is a pivotal part of our model, empowering students to invest in their futures through tutoring, training, education, and health-related expenses. These funds, combined with backing from our network of backrs, create a powerful support system.

All Flourish Inc is a 501(c)3 that empowers under-resourced students to flourish by securing and sharing cash and tangible resources directly with them to help address everyday needs, deal with unexpected challenges, and achieve their aspirations. It is a catalyst, coordinator, and fundraiser for an ecosystem of local and national institutions, including high schools, universities, and youth-oriented nonprofits.
Backrs is a social mobility technology platform that empower students to achieve academic, career, and life success. Backrs delivers clarity, competency, connections, and coaching from high school until a student succeeds in a great first career.
All Flourish and Backrs collaborate around a program called “Scholars” for high performing but under-resourced students. Backrs provides the technology to foster connections and administers Flourish Funds, or student cash stipends. All Flourish secures funding and recruits volunteers.”
