FlashChats 2.0
We’ve expanded upon the FlashChat model, providing more ways for you to share your career story with young people. In addition to participating in live interviews with classrooms of students, you can now engage in recorded, asynchronous career interviews. Here’s how:
1. Tell your career story.
Respond to a few questions with short audio or video recordings when you’re able. Time required: 10-15 minutes.
2. We’ll share with students.
We’ll share your video/audio recordings with students in our community on the Backrs social platform.
3. You’ll feel the impact.
We’ll relay students’ responses to you so you can feel the positive impact you’re having on talented, driven young people.
